Society News - Fleischner Society Member, James Hogg, MD, Receives Canada's Highest Honor

Member, Dr. James C. Hogg, was one of 82 new appointments to the Order of Canada announced August 29, 2005 by Her Excellency the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson, Governor General of Canada. Recipients will be invited to accept their insignia at a ceremony to be held at a later date.

The Order of Canada was established in 1967 to recognize outstanding achievement and service in various fields of human endeavour. It is our country's highest honour for lifetime achievement. More information is available HERE.
